Custom Puzzle Craft can customize Valentines Day puzzles with your name and your friend's / lover's / spouse's name. These wooden jigsaw puzzles are a special way to say I Love You and make a great gift! Each puzzle is cut using my Swirl Curl puzzle piece cutting style, and can include up to three free Figure Pieces. The puzzles are shipped, disassembled, in a nice box.

Step 1 - Choose the puzzle picture you want (click on radio button) and enter the words you want printed within the puzzle's picture Note: please click on the little selection button next to either "Valentine's Day" or "Rose Heart" for this form to work properly!

Step 3 - Shipping Method
Destination within the United States FedEx Third Business Day $14.00 FedEx Second Business Day $21.00 FedEx Standard Overnight $35.00 International Orders FedEx International Economy - Rate to be determined depending on country Global Express Mail - Rate to be determined depending on country Other - Rate to be determined depending on method and country I will contact you regarding shipping method and cost for International orders. Note: FedEx is more expensive than Global Express Mail. However, Global Express Mail does not track beyond the borders of the United States, FedEx tracks to the point of delivery.
Step 4 - California State Tax
If your puzzle is to be shipped to an address within California, you have to pay California Sales Tax Puzzle to be shipped outside California (no State sales tax) Puzzle to be shipped inside California (7 3/4% State sales tax)
Step 5 - View your Order
When you click on "View Order", you will be presented with a summary report with the total cost, a place to enter your contact information, and a "Send to John" button to send the order.
