Puzzle 76 - Figure Pieces
This set of figure pieces will be included in future Imperial Dragon Puzzles
I reserve the right to "improve" them!
Since Puzzle #54, the first Imperial Silver Dragon, I've added the Dragon's Sword (upper right) and Crop Circle (second row, second from the right), "twirled" the Small Star and dropped the Horseshoe. That piece in the second row, far left, is an "Art Deco Earwig".
Puzzle #76 - Selected Creative Style Pieces
Not Figure Pieces, but part of the Creative cutting style
As it happened (from my Journal archives).
December 21, 2000
Long marathon day - Puzzle #76, a new Imperial Silver Dragon DONE!!!!! 386 pieces. Done in the Creative style like the first one. Came out very well, number of new things. Tomorrow, clean, take "official" pictures, ship, etc. then sleep. The Creative style plus all of the Figure Pieces takes a long time to cut - to do the intricate figurals takes such intense concentration - I found meditating while doing a few helped a bit. In the detail picture, below, are the Crop Circle and Dragon's Sword Figure Pieces, plus a very interesting double curl reversal done spontaneously on the fly between the Figure Pieces - also one of four Eggs to the bottom right.
